Disclaimer
Can you trade or make financial decisions from these figures?
No. The figures are official reference data published once a day (ECB) or once a month (World Bank), shown for information and education. They are not live prices, not the rate a bank or broker will give you, not forecasts and not advice to buy or sell anything.
Reference rates are not dealing rates
The ECB states that its euro reference rates are published for information purposes only and that using them for transaction purposes is strongly discouraged. Banks, card schemes and money-transfer services apply their own rates and fees. See ECB reference rates explained.
Monthly averages are not spot prices
World Bank commodity prices are averages of a month’s benchmark prices. A physical buyer or futures trader on any given day could have paid much more or less. See what the Pink Sheet is.
Statistics describe the past
Ranges, percentiles and volatility describe what has happened. They do not predict what will happen; past movements are not a reliable indicator of future results.
No personal advice
Nothing on the site takes your circumstances into account. Trading currencies, commodities and leveraged products carries a high risk of loss. Seek advice from a qualified, regulated professional before making financial decisions.
