Botem-e Subsidy Card Expands to Saemaul Geumgo, Credit Unions and Suhyup

South Korea’s Ministry of the Interior and Safety said it will expand the service scope of the dedicated Botem-e card used for executing local subsidies. Until now, the card service had been available through 12 commercial banks. It will now also be available at Saemaul Geumgo, credit unions and Suhyup. Botem-e is an integrated management network for local subsidies, covering applications, grants, spending and settlement. With more financial institutions supporting the card, local subsidy project operators will have a wider choice of banks and improved access during subsidy execution. Source: yna.co.kr
