Power Semiconductor Specialty Wafers: IVWorks Targets Major Foundries

IVWorks said it plans to expand its contribution to Korea’s system semiconductor supply chain by supplying specialty wafers for power semiconductors. CEO Noh Young-kyun made the remarks in a recent interview at the company’s headquarters in Daejeon, explaining that IVWorks supplies specialty wafers to major foundries. Founded in 2011, IVWorks has developed its business around specialty wafers used in power semiconductors.
